What is Mediation:

Mediation is a way for people to solve conflicts with the help of a neutral person, called a mediator. The mediator doesn't take sides or make decisions for the people involved. Instead, they help the parties talk to each other, understand each other's views, and work together to find a solution everyone can agree on. It's like having a guide to help you communicate better and reach a fair agreement without going to the Workplace Relations Commission/Courts.
